Account Management Help

Dear subscriber,
By logging into "account management" you can check details of your purchased SIM Card(s), see previous and current plans and packages purchased, check and pay your bills without needing to call RighTel customer service center.
In the following, instructions on "account management" section are provided to you.

Login to account management

To login to account management section, subscribers must enter phone number, password and security code.

  • Write your own phone number without the initial 09
  • In the next stage write down your password
  • Enter the security code presented in the grey rectangle, in the related section
  • Finally click "login"


To get a password or in case you forget it, do as follow:
Click "forget/retrieve password" or "get password" first, then type the following information in sections presented:

  • RighTel phone number without initial zero in "RighTel number" section.
  • 10-digit National ID number in the National ID number section.
  • Enter the security code presented in the grey rectangle, in the related section.

Then choose how to be informed and confirm. The password (valid for a limited period of time) will be sent to the phone number or email registered in your account.

  • In the next stage, provide the required information to change your password
  • • Finally by providing valid information and confirming the process, subscribers get to change the password.

Note 1: there is a cap on changing your account management password; maximum three times in a day.
Note 2: if you close your browser before entering retrieval code, you can click "forget/retrieve password" then "I received retrieval code and wish to change my password" and enter the required information.

In case you have provided correct information, you will be directed to "account management" main page. On the right side of the page, you can see user menu as shown in below image:

My profile

If you have not registered your email address at the time you were registering and purchasing a SIM Card, you can input your email address via "My Profile" menu. Also, you can edit or modify your email address in this menu.
You can register, edit or modify your email address by clicking on "Edit" bottom.

Notice:Email registration, edit and modification takes place 24 hours after request is recorded in "My Profile" part.


After inserting your email address in email box and tapping on "Confirm" option, a message will be displayed to get you confirmation.

By selecting "Confirm", the email modification and editing is accomplished; and in case of selecting "×" the action is cancelled.

Package Service Remaining Report

By selecting this option, a page containing statistics about the active packets of the SIM card is displayed. In case of using several SIM Cards, select your preferred SIM Card from the left side of the page to observe the relevant information.

  • In the column of "Service Type", the available packages titles on the preferred SIM Card are displayed.
  • In the column of "Balance", the preferred SIM Card remaining amount of service package is displayed.
  • In the column of "Start Date", the activating date of the service package is displayed.
  • In the column of "Expiry date", expiry date of the service package is displayed.

My Cell Numbers

All of your MSISDN or transported ones to RighTel along with status details, SIM Card type, activation date, account balance, etc. are displayed.

  • "Status": Active or inactive SIM Card.
  • "SIM Card type": Postpaid, prepaid, or data.
  • "Subscriber's Name": Your name and surname.
  • "Activation Date": SIM Card activation date.
  • "Default Tariff": a type of current tariff which is applied to your account calculation in case you are not using any RighTel plan or service package (normal tariff). For more information on this tariff, refer to the basic tariff page.
  • "Subscriber Credit Level": The 60-day credit period is for postpaid SIM Card subscribers. The used up credit is displayed in the column of function, and the available credit until the end of the period is displayed in the remainingcolumn.


The credit level is displayed as "Account Balance" for the prepaid SIM Cards which shows the remaining charge.

Plan and Services

  • To purchase a package, subscribers should tap "plans and services" first. Then in "phone number" section, choose the phone number for which you want to purchase the package.
  • Also, after selecting your number, you can view all expired purchased packages (together with their date of activation and expiry) by clicking on "History of Packages."
  • In this section, you can activate or deactivate some RighTel services such as lost calls, ring-back service (Rainavaz), etc.

Friends & Family Services

The Postpaid SIM Card users can subscribe to the service and pick maximum 5 on-net (RighTel) MSISDNs to enjoy 25% off and pick 2 off-net MSISDNs to enjoy 10% off for voice call service. The Prepaid SIM Card users can subscribe to the service and pick maximum 5 on-net (RighTel) MSISDNs to enjoy 20% off and pick 2 off-net MSISDNs to enjoy 5% off for voice call service. It is possible to add or remove any of on-net or off-net MSISDNs in this service.
Tip: The service validity for the MSISDNs added to the service list is 30 days and after the validity is over, the numbers will be eliminated. In case of interest, the subscriber should re-enter the desired MSISDNs.
In case of using more than one SIM Card, first select your SIM Card number.
You can add your desired MSISDN to the service list after you enter your intended MSISDN in the "MSISDN" part, selecting the "Plan Type" by selecting one of "On-Net" or "Off-Net" and finally clicking on "Confirm" bottom. Right after clicking on "Confirm" bottom, the message of " the MSISDN is added to the list successfully " is displayed.

In case you wish to eliminate any of the MSISDNs, tick the check box (☐)against the intende MSISDN and click on "Remove" bottom; after all, the message of "The MSISDN is removed successfully" is displayed.

My Bill Information

* This part is just for postpaid SIM Cards subscriber.
In this part, the first option is "My Bill Information". To see your bill on this page, you need to select your "Cell Number" first, then "Billing Period".

The billing table will be shown as below.

End Adjustment

* This part is just for postpaid SIM Card users.
• Your bill amount including VAT is displayed at the beginning of the current period by selecting "End Adjustment" Option and then the MSISDN and clicking on "Bill" option. In case you wish to pay the bill up to the end of the period, you must click on "Cash Payment".

Mid-Term

* This section is specific to users of postpaid subscriptions.
Selection of "Mid-Term Billing" and determination of your intended time interval will allow you to see your mid-term bill. You also can pay your bill by clicking on "Cash Payment".

After making arrangements for payment of your bill, your mobile function cost will be displayed with calculation of tax amounts if you check the option "Tax-Included Amount".
By clicking on "Details", a table similar to your final bill, including your bill's details within the current time span, will appear.
Note: To cancel displaying details of the bill, simply click on X.

Request for Call Detail Records

PDF Users of both prepaid and postpaid subscriptions will be able to receive their Call Detail Records in a specified time span as a PDF file sent to their registered email address.
Select your phone number and click on "OK".
Note: Subscribers' Call Detail Records will be sent to their email address within 24 hours after registration of their request. Registering a new request for the same RighTel number is possible only when the previous request is cancelled or previous detailed calls statement has been sent.

After selecting "OK", a recovery code-included SMS will be sent to you.
Enter your recovery code and, then, security code in related fields. Press "OK" now.

In the next page, conditions for sending your detailed calls will be displayed in Account Management System. First, select your intended option from "Type of Call Detail Record".

Then, after you set your "start" and "finish dates", click on "Search".
Note: It is mandatory to define a time interval including start and finish dates.

After you select the option Search, following message will be displayed. By clicking on "OK", your detailed calls statement will be sent to your email address within 24 hours.

A "Request Successful" message will indicate that the process has been completed correctly.

How to Cancel Conversation Details

In case you wish to cancel receiving conversation details, visit the relevant menu and cancel the option by "Cancel".

Normal Charge

* "Credit Increase" choice is just for the prepaid and data SIM Card users.

  • First insert the MSISDN to which you wish to apply the normal charge in the part "MSISDN".
  • Select your desired amount and enter the required quantity in the row against it.
  • Make sure about the accuracy of the selected amount, select the bank gateway, and finally click on "Pay" bottom.
  • In this step, the "Charge Information" table is displayed. Click on "Confirm" to enter the bank gateway.
  • After entering your credit card information (the credit card of the bank connected to SHETAB) and clicking on "Confirm" bottom, the charge will be applied to you SIM Card instantly.



Tip: The purchase ceiling for each try to buy charge is IRR 2,000,000 and daily purchase ceiling is IRR 4,000,000.
Also, at the end of each credit increase operation, a receipt is displayed in which the "Payment Details" along with the relevant tracking code and "Credit Increase Details" are displayed as below picture.

Shoorangiz Charge

* * The credit increase option is just for the prepaid and data SIM Card users.
The Prepaid and Data SIM Card users can use "RighTel SHOORANGIZ" charge and due to the charge purchase method, get 35% more charge . SHOORANGIZ charge helps you to enjoy the following services by using the gift credit at the determined period:

  • On-net Voice Call
  • On-net SMS
  • Internet Service (in normal tariff and outside consumable packages)

The subscriber can visit the Plans & Tariffs / New Subscribers / Prepaid SIM Card / Shoorangiz Plan Page to get more information about Shoorangiz plan.
You can enjoy the on-net voice call, SMS and also speedy internet (outside the package services and according to normal tariff) by using RighTel SHOORANGIZ gift charge; therefore, you cannot purchase any package or plan by this gift credit amount. It is necessary to mention that it is possible to purchase and use any of the packages and plans with main charge amount. It is not possible to use RighTel SHOORANGIZ gift charge in national and international roaming. The RighTel SHOORANGIZ gift charge is not transferable to another subscriber.

How to purchase Shoorangiz Charge

  • First select the MSISDN to which you wish to apply the SHOORANGIZ charge.
  • Select your desired amount and enter the required quantity in the row against it.
  • Make sure about the accuracy of the selected amount, select the bank gateway, and finally click on "Pay in Cash" bottom.
  • In this step, the "SHOORANGIZ Charge Information" table is displayed. Click on "Confirm" to enter the bank gateway.

How to Modify "Password"

It is highly recommended to change your password after your first "LOG IN" to ensure your Account Management" system. To do this, first insert your previous password one and then type your desired new password twice. Finally, insert the code in grey box and tap on "OK".

Submitting a Problem

In case you ever encounter any problem, you can register it without the need to call the RighTel Customer Service Center, whose experts will appropriately resolve all registered problems as soon as possible.

  • In the section "Type of Complaint", specify the type of your problem.
  •  In this stage, guidelines on resolution of the problem are offered. Subscribers should go over these stages.

  • If the problem is not resolved in spite of passing above stages, select the option "Despite above stages, my problem persists. I wish to register my problem". Write a short description of your problem in "Description of problem".
    Note: There is a limit of 300 characters to explain your problem.
  • A subscriber's phone number(s) will be available in "Mobile Number".
  • Specify the date on which you have encountered a problem in the section "Date of Event".
  • Enter an available landline number in the section "Contact Number".

  •  By clicking on "OK", your problem will be sent, for which a follow-up number would be generated and announced to you.

Searching a Registered Problem

If you have registered a problem or problems through the website, you can visit a complete history of the problems in details. In this part you can observe the registered problem details by clicking on tracking number.

The problematic Cell number can be observed in the part of "Complaint", the tracking number in the part of "Serial No.", the problem subject in the part of "Complaint Type", and the complaint recent status can be seen in the part of "Registered Problem Status". Also, the complementary details id displayed in the part "Remarks".

Missing SIM Card Notification

In case your SIM Card is theft or lost, you can block your SIM Card via this menu, in order to prevent any abuse.
Steps to Block your SIM Card:

  • Select the SIM Card number you want to block.

  • By selecting "Confirm" bottom, you enter the "SIM Card Blocking" bottom.
  • In this menu, you must note the reason of SIM Card blocking in the box (reasons such as theft, missing, etc.).
  • After you study the blocking conditions (agreement), select the check box of "I accept the agreement".


Notice: In SIM Card status part, if your SIM Card is one-way or two-way blocked due to bill debt, SIM Card blocking is not possible. In this case, you must either pay the debt or increase the credit.
It is necessary to mention that it is not possible to block a SIM Card which is blocked due to judicial issues ; therefore, to follow the judicial issues up, contact RighTel call center via 200 (calling by RighTel SIM Card) or 09202000000 (calling by any number except RighTel).

  • After selecting "Confirm" bottom, a message will be displayed to get your re-confirmation to block your SIM Card.

  • In case you are sure about blocking the SIM Card, the SIM Card will be block by selecting "Confirm" option. In this step, selecting the sign "×" cancels the SIM Card blocking process.

  • After blocking is done, you can see your SIM Card status on "My Products/My Numbers" menu.

Personal Setting

In this part you can activate or deactivate your SMS notification service for entering to your account.

Post Address to Receive the Bill

The subscriber to postpaid SIM Cards can modify or edit their post address by the menu to get their bill. By logging in to this menu, your " recent post address information" is displayed.

By selecting the "Edit" choice, you can modify and edit your post address to receive the bill.

Notice 1: If you select to receive the bill via SMS, you won't receive the printed [bill].
Notice 2: Filling the asterisked parts is mandatory.
After you confirm your post address, a final confirmation box is displayed.

By reselecting the confirm bottom, your new post address is registered.

My Payments

A list of all your payments will be displayed by date priority in the page of "My Payments". For this purpose, first select the MSISDN, then beginning date and ending date and finally the payment type and click on "Search".

Tip:The payments can be traced by tracking code.
The payment history is displayed right after searching the payment history during desired period and the relevant complementary information will be displayed by selecting the marked sign on the below picture.

Increasing the Credit Limit

The postpaid SIM Card users can increase their SIM Card credit limit level by paying 8 million IRR (without primary credit level of IRR 600,000).
The conditions of increasing credit level are as bellows:

  • The subscriber should be an individual customer.
  • The current credit limit should not exceed IRR 8,000,000 (without primary credit level of IRR 600,000).
  • Having no previous debt.
  • The SIM Card should not be block for any reason (one or two way).

Notice: Before increasing SIM Card credit limit, it is necessary to pay your SIM Card bill until the end of period.
Notice: Increasing the credit limit conditions will be displayed by selecting the SIM Card number and selecting the Confirm option.
If you want to transfer the SIM Card ownership, you must apply for refunds via "Decreasing Credit Level" part. Meanwhile, applying for refunds are subject to the SIM Card should not be blocked and pays for the current debt (inter-period bill) at the time of applying. Refunding the increased credit can be accomplished via "credit limit decrease" on e-care account management part according to the relevant conditions.

After reading the conditions, by selecting "I accept the above conditions" and then "Confirm" options, "Credit Limit Increase" part will be displayed.

In this part, you just need to insert the amount of credit you would like to add to your credit in IRR in the box "Please insert the amount would like to increase to your credit";
For instance, if you would like to increase your SIM Card credit up to IRR 900,000, you just need to insert IRR 300,000 so that your credit has totally increased up to IRR 900,000.

Therefore, select the bank payment gateway and then "Cash Payment" options; you will enter the bank gateway. In case you accomplish to pay successfully, the SIM Card credit limit is increased due to your desired amount.

Reduction of Limit of Credit

Users of postpaid SIM cardcard subscriptions can reduce limit of credit of their SIM cards up to 600,000 Rials of limit of primary credit using the section Reduction of Limit of Credit if they have already increased limit of credit of their SIM card by paying an amount of money.
Note: Subscribers might be able to observe and select their SIM card no. from the section "Telephone Number" only if they have already increased limit of credit of their SIM card.
Be selecting your SIM card number and clicking on OK , the conditions for reduction of limit of credit will be shown.

After reading these conditions, check the option "I accept above conditions". By clicking on "OK", the section "Reduction of Limit of Credit" will be shown.

In this section, your reclaimable credit will be shown. You can have your amount of money reclaimed by selecting one of the options "Method of Repayment of Money (including settlement into my credit card and on-bill payment)". Finally, click on the option "Repayment" to reclaim your credit.

If you select the option "settlement into my credit card", an amount will be deduced from your SIM card's debts and the remaining will be settled into your entered bank credit card.

If you select the option "on-bill payment", an amount will be deduced from your SIM card's debts and the remaining will be applied for payment of your bills.

Credit Transfer History

The postpaid and data SIM Card users can observe their SIM Card credit transfer history by visiting this part.
To see credit transfer / receive history, first select your SIM Card number in the box of "SIM Card Number".
After you select your MSISDN, you can set your time period by selecting "beginning Date" and "Ending Date" to see the history of using this service.
Tip: Entering the "beginning Date" and "Ending Date" are not necessary and in case you do not set the date, all the history of using this service will be displayed. The subscriber can also fill one of the "beginning Date" and "Ending Date" and in case you select the "beginning Date", you will see the history from the selected date and if you select the "Ending Date", you will see the history until your selected date.

After selecting the time period and clicking on "Search" bottom, the history of using the service is displayed.

  • In the column of "Transfer from", a list of MSISDNs from which the IRR credit has been received, will be displayed.
  • In the column of "Transfer to", a list of MSISDNs to which the IRR credit has been transferred, will be displayed.
  • In the column of "Type", the type you use the service (credit transfer or receive), will be displayed.
  • In the column of "Credit Amount", the transferred / received credit amount will be displayed.
  • In the column of "Transfer Date", the date and time of using the service, will be displayed.

For example, on the above picture, the subscriber has transferred IRR 10,000 on April 27th, 2016 at 09:59:47 (as shown in box 1) and at the same date, the subscriber has received IRR 10,000 at 10:01:37 (as shown in box 2).
Tip: It is necessary to mention that the cost of using for each credit transfer is IRR 500 which is not applied to the displayed amounts.

 

Changing a Prepaid SIM Card to a Postpaid One

The option changing a Prepaid SIM Card to a Postpaid One is specific to users of prepaid SIM cards, who will be optionally able to pay the cost difference between a prepaid SIM card and a postpaid one in order to become a user of postpaid subscription.
In the section "Number", select your prepaid SIM card number and then the option "Postpaid SIM Card" from the section "Main Product".


Afterwards, in order to choose the manner by which your bills will be sent, select the option "Edit" from the section "The Address to which Your Bill will be Sent".


After selecting either of the options "Post Address and SMS" or "SMS", you may modify your address to which the bill of your postpaid SIM card will be sent and click on "OK".


Note: The following message will appear if you leave the field for the bill sending manner unfilled.


Note:You cannot change your prepaid SIM card to a postpaid one if you have purchased and activated packages of Internet or SMS' (or both). To get informed of the date on which your active packages will be expired, please visit the section for data remaining report.


After selecting "OK", you will receive a SMS indicating your current Rial credit and the amount required for a prepaid-to-postpaid change.

In this section, you can click on "Top-Up" to increase your Rial balance.
نکته: جهت افزایش اعتبار تا سقف 1,200,000 ريال، صرفاً امکان استفاده از شارژ عادی وجود دارد.


After increasing your credit to balance out the amount required for purchasing a postpaid SIM card, you should revisit the section "changing a Prepaid SIM Card to a Postpaid One" and go over above stages again.
At the final stage, the following message will appear:


After clicking on "OK", a Request Successful message will be displayed indicating that the process has been completed correctly.


You can check the status of your SIM card change via: My Products/My Numbers/"Type of SIM card".


Note: After you change your prepaid subscription to a postpaid one, you can no longer get access to your prepaid SIM card's detailed calls report.
