Direction of activating and deactivating data in national and international roaming service
Data activation and deactivation settings in the national and international roaming service on tablets and smart mobile phones are based on the operating system of these devices. Devices with the same operating system with different brands and models have the same settings.
✔ To find out the type and version of the installed operating system, you can refer to the settings on your device.
Activation & Deactivation of Data in National and International Roaming Services in Android version 10
Note: Due to the difference between the Android operating system User interface (UI) on different phones, there is a possibility of minor changes to the some phones settings as compared to the displayed images.
For connecting to the Internet in international roaming mode, it is necessary, such as RighTel network mode, if you do not have Internet settings (Access Point Names-APN), First, settings are done on the device and data activation takes place. 1- First select “Settings”.
2- From "Settings" menu, select "SIM Cards & mobile networks" option.
3- From the available options, enable "mobile data".
4- Select "Data roaming" option.
5- In this section, change the default option (Never) to (Always).

2- In Connections, select "Mobile Networks".
3- Turn on "Data Roaming".

1- First select “Application”, then select “Settings”.
2- In (wireless & networks) select (More).
3- Select “Mobile Networks”.
4- Select (preferred network type) automatically.
5- Select ON AIR.
Note:
It’s not possible to use fourth-generation services in flight roaming mode.
The phone with Android OS version 5
1- First select “Application”, and then select “Settings”.
2- In "wireless & networks" select "more".
3- Select "Mobile Networks".
4- Enable "Data Roaming".
The phone with Android OS version 4 and higher – Single SIM Card
1- Through “Menu” or “Apps” option, go to “Setting”.
2- Select "More Setting" option.
3- Select "Mobile Networks".
4- Select "Use Data Package" and "Data Roaming" to enable or disable data on roaming mode.
The phone with Android OS version 4 and higher – Dual SIM Card
For Dual SIM Card phones, based on the manufacturer, 2 methods are provided for enabling and disabling the data use in roaming mode.
Model 1
From the (Menu) or (Apps), Select (Settings) and then (More).
2- Choose "Mobile Networks".
3- In "General" select "Data Enabled" and "Data Roaming".
Model 2 From the (Menu) or (Apps), Select (Settings) and then (Dual SIM).
2- Select "Data Enabled" and "Data Roaming".
The phone with Android OS/old versions
1- First select “Application”, and then select “Settings”.
2- Select "wireless & networks".
3- Select "Mobile Networks".
4- You can enable or disable the data on roaming mode using "Use Packet Data" and "Data Roaming" mode.
* in some models of HTC phones, after 2nd step you can enable or disable your data roaming using "Network Setting".
Activation & Deactivation of Data in National and International Roaming Services in iOS version 12 to 17
In order to connect to the Internet in international roaming mode, it is necessary, such as the RighTel network mode, in the absence of Internet settings (access point name-APN), the settings are initiated on the device and data activation takes place. 1- First select “Settings” , then select “Cellular”.
2- Select "Cellular Data Option".
3- You can enable or disable your data roaming service via the Data Roaming.

3- Activate or deactivate your roaming data service by the option "Data Roaming".
Phones running iOS version 9.1
1- Select “Setting” then select “Mobile Data”.
2- You can enable or disable the data on roaming mode using "Mobile Data" and "Data Roaming" mode.
Phones running iOS version 8.1
1- Select “Setting” and then select “Cellular”.
2- You can enable or disable the data on roaming mode using "Cellular Data" and "Data Roaming" mode.
Phones running iOS version 7 and 8
1- Select “Setting” and then select “Cellular”.
2- You can enable or disable the data on roaming mode using "Cellular Data" and "Data Roaming" mode.
Phones running iOS version 6
1- Select “Setting” and then select “General”.
2- Select "Cellular".
3- You can enable or disable the data on roaming mode using "Cellular Data" and "Data Roaming" mode.
Phones running windows Phone version 8.1
1- Select “Setting”.
2- Select "mobile + SIM".
3- Enable "Data Connection" and select "Roam" in the list of "Data Roaming Options", in this way you can enable data in roaming service. If you select "don't roam" in "Data Roaming Option" you can disable data on Roaming Service.
Phones running windows Phone version 8
1- Select “Setting”.
2- Select "Mobile Network".
3- Enable "Data Connection" and select "Roam" in the list of "Data Roaming Options", in this way you can enable data in roaming service. If you select "don't roam" in "Data Roaming Option" you can disable data on Roaming Service.
Smart phones with Bada operating system
1- First select “Application”, and then select “Setting”.
2- Then select "Network".
3- You can enable or disable the data on roaming mode using "Use Packet Data" and "Data Roaming" mode.
Phones running Blackberry version 10.1
1- From the shortcut bar, choose the “Settings” option.
2- Select "Network Connections".
3- Select "Mobile Network".
4- You can enable or disable the data on roaming mode using "Service Data" and "Data Services while roaming" mode.

In normal condition, when the modem is on roaming mode, it cannot use internet. If you wish to use Rightel Internet on Roaming Mode, you should enable Data Roaming from below path:
