It should be noted that the permissible period of validity (two months) for postpaid SIM Card is 600,000 IRR. Terms of increasing the credit limit are as follows:

  • Non-violation of the current credit limit of 8 million IRR.

Note:

  • To enjoy 4G internet services, subscribers do not need to change their SIM Cards but they should be in 4G coverage areas with their mobile phone 4G configuration activated.
  • The cost of using voice call and SMS services in national roaming mode for RighTel subscribers is in accordance with the normal tariffs of RighTel network. (This means that in national roaming mode, on-net voice calls are free of charge, or by having voice call and SMS packages, the volume of package will be used.)

Life Cycle of Postpaid SIM Card

Row Status Description
1 Active SIM Card status is not activated by default after purchase.
2 One-Way Blocked If the amount of subscriber debt is equal or more than the credit limit provided for SIM Card (60.000 Tomans, if the credit limit has not been increased by the subscriber), its status would be changed from active to one-way blocked mode. In this situation, SIM Card could only receive voice and video calls, SMS and MMS. By paying hot-bill, SIM Card would be reactivated.
3 Two-Way Blocked If the bill is not paid and it remains in one-way blocked status for 14 consecutive days, SIM Card would be two-way blocked and all services would be deactivated. By paying hot-bill, SIM Card could be reactivated.
4 Expired The SIM Card number would expire in one of the following conditions:
  • If SIM Card remains in two-way blocked status for 730 consecutive days
  • If SIM Card is not used for 730 consecutive days and subscription is not paid
5 Recycled The subscriber can reactivate the same number within a maximum period of 2 years from the time of expiry by visiting one of the RighTel stores, paying the bill and also paying the amount of the SIM card.
* If the subscriber re-requests the number within 180 days from the expiration date, based on the incentive policies of Rightel, he can reactivate his number only by paying the bill.
* After 2 years from the expiration date, according to RighTel's policies, the number can be recycled and transferred to third party.
