1- First, log in to ‘My RighTel’ through the installed app or RighTel website. Then select the desired SIM card number.

2- Then select the “Services” option.

3- To deactivate the international roaming service, turn off the “International Roaming” option.

4- Then, to finalize, select the “Confirm Request” option.

5- To activate the service, turn on the “International Roaming” option.

6- Then, to finalize, select the “Confirm Request” option.

1- First, dial the USSD code *210# to access the settings section.

2- At this stage, by entering the number 3, select the “International Roaming Management” option for the SIM card in use

3- To activate the international roaming service, select option 1; to deactivate it, select option 2; and for more information and guidance, select option 3.

Point –  The international roaming service is activated by default for all RighTel SIM cards.

4- In some devices with Android operating system, the option to deactivate the international roaming service can be accessed from the advanced settings section and the Data roaming section.
