Activation & Deactivation of Flight Roaming Service Guide

Get and install Internet and multimedia messaging “MMS” settings on tablets and smartphones is based on the operating system of these devices and do not change according to the brand and device type. Devices with similar operating system and brands have the same settings. For information about the type and version of the operating system installed on your smartphone, you can refer to your device Setting / About Device option.

Note:Due to the difference between Android operating system user interface (UI) on different phones, there is a possibility of minor changes to some phones settings as compared to displayed images.
For connecting to the Internet in international roaming mode, it is necessary, such as RighTel network mode, if you do not have Internet settings (Access Point Names-APN), First, settings are done on the device and data activation takes place. Then follow the below menu. (Click here for RighTel Internet settings guide.)

1- First select “Applications”, then select “Settings”.

2-In “Settings” menu, enable “Connections”.

3- Select “Mobile networks”.

4- Enable “Data roaming”.

Note:
It’s not possible to use fourth-generation services in flight roaming mode.

2- In (wireless & networks) select (More).

3- Select “Mobile Networks”.

4- Select (preferred network type) automatically.

5- Select ON AIR.

5- Select (preferred) WCDMA /GSM.

6- Go to “Service providers” menu and select “search networks” from the menu.

7- Select ON AIR.

1- Select (Settings) option from (Menu) or (Apps) list.

2- Select “Mobile Networks”.

Note:
Due to the brand and model of the phone, ‘Mobile Networks’ option may be available in the “More” option sub-menu.

3- Select “Network mode”.

Note:
According to the brand and model of the phone, instead of the “Network mode” option, there may be “use only 2G networks” option by deactivating this option “pick up bullet library” connecting to higher generations network is possible.

4- Select Network mode (preferred WCDMA / GSM) or (Automatic (3G & 2G).

5- From Network Operators option, and from the menu that opens, select automatically.

6- Select ON AIR.

Note:
It’s not possible to use fourth-generation services in flight roaming mode. .

1- First select “Settings” , then select “Cellular”.

2- In Cellular Data Options, select Voice & Data.

3- To use the third generation, select 3G.

4- Then go back to the setting menu, select the Network Selection from Cellular menu.

5- In the Automatic mode, select ON AIR.

Note:
Using fourth-generation service is not available in flight roaming mode.

Note: The Cellular Icon in versions 10 & 11 of this operating system has changed as follows.

1- First go to “Settings” and then select “Cellular”.

2- In Cellular Data Options, select Voice & Data option.

3- To use the 3rd Generation, select the 3G option.

4- Then go back to Settings menu, select Carrier option.

5- In the Automatic mode, select ON AIR.

It’s not possible to use fourth-generation services in flight roaming mode. .

1- Go to Settings and then select Mobile data.

2- In Voice & Data, to use the 3rd Generation, select 3G option.

3- Then go back to Settings menu, select Carrier option.

4- In Automatic mode, select ON AIR.

1- First go to “Settings” and then select “Cellular”.

2- In Voice & Data, to use the 3rd Generation, select 3G option.

3- Then go back to Settings menu, select Carrier option.

4- In Automatic mode, select ON AIR.

It’s not possible to use fourth-generation services in flight roaming mode. .

Phones with this operating system often detect the network in most cases automatically, but if this is not done, do the following:

1- Select “Settings” option.

2- Select “mobile + SIM” option.

3- Select “SIM settings” option.

4- Select “Highest Connection Speed” option. Select the 3G option for the third-generation network.

5- Select “Network Selection” option.

6- Select search for networks option.

7- After the search is completed, select ON AIR.

Note:
It’s not possible to use fourth-generation services in flight roaming mode.

Phones with this operating system often detect the network in most cases automatically, but if this is not done, do the following:

1- Select “Settings” button.

2- Select “Mobile Network”.

3- Select “Network Selection” option.

4- From the menu that opens, select ON AIR.
